Fort Worth COPAS Membership Registration


Please fill in the fields below in order for your online registration to be processed.   You will then receive an email (to the email address you enter below) within 24 hours with your membership invoice attached.   The membership fee for 2011-2012 is $235 (guest fees will be $35).   There is an $80 savings to register as a member versus as attending as a guest.   Please print out the invoice and mail a copy of the invoice and your check to:
